Terms of use

These terms apply to the AirPulse iPhone app, made by Mashari Abdullah under the name In Parallel. By using AirPulse you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What AirPulse is
AirPulse shows the health and fitness data you choose to connect from Google Health and Apple Health, and calculates wellness scores from it on your iPhone. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
2. Not medical advice
AirPulse is not a medical device. Its scores, ranges and suggestions are estimates for general wellness and fitness, and they may be inaccurate or incomplete. Don't use AirPulse to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and talk to a doctor about any health concern. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Your accounts and data
You connect your own Google and Apple Health accounts, and you can disconnect them at any time. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your iPhone secure. Use of Google and Apple services is also subject to their own terms.
4. Beta software
AirPulse is currently in beta through Apple's TestFlight. Features may change, break or be removed, and the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse AirPulse, for example by trying to reverse‑engineer it to access other people's data or by using it in a way that breaks the law or other services' terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AirPulse's scores.
7. Independence
AirPulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Fitbit or Apple. Their names are trademarks of their owners.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use AirPulse after a change means you accept the new terms.
